CHARACTERISTICS
400 SERIES
Manufacture, doors and bodies in 1 mm cold rolled sheet steel. Shelves, omega profiles and backs in 0.8 mm galvanised steel. Assembled using stainless steel or aluminium “pop” type rivets giving them great strength and solidity. Finish, body and doors in epoxy polyester paint oven cured at 190°C, after having been degreased with soap, phosphated, passivated with Zirconium and rinsed with osmotically purified water. Doors, double welded and reinforced.
Each column has 17 useable spaces, and they can be combined using doors of different sizes until all the spaces in each module have been used. The arrangement of doors and columns is configurable by the customer according to their needs.
All the columns have a small upper compartment that houses the wiring/connection for all the doors/modules, it is exclusively intended for installation or maintenance work and includes a hidden security lock with 2 keys, each column includes a manual door opening mechanism for emergency use, due either to a power failure or a hardware failure.
The door, that contains the access and control hardware, can be made in any size, as long as its dimensions allow the installation of its associated hardware.
